- Prospect and generate new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including: networking, referrals, live transfers, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Present, explain and sell Allstate products and service solutions based on client needs.
- Ability to creating relationships from a cold start.
- Perform policy reviews, update polices and cross-sell existing clients with other Allstate portfolio products.
- Follow up on proposals, conduct policy reviews and update policies to exceed current and prospective client expectations.
