Irma Martinez, MBA, Realtor®, and Navy veteran is a former human resource executive working for corporate America turned real estate entrepreneur.  She is a real estate consultant who is passionate about understanding the needs of the client, exceeding expectations, and delivering customized residential real estate solutions.  Continuous learner, local market expert, and client-centric, Irma works diligently to serve her clients--whether they are buying, selling, or investing in residential real estate. 

Irma's marketing strategy includes home staging consultation, professional photography, social media, and home seller protection for the disclosure process to prevent lawsuits.  She focuses on veterans, first-time home buyers/sellers, affordable housing, and seniors by simplifying the home buying/selling process for both English and Spanish speakers.  She is a member of the Hays County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and serves/has served on several boards.  Irma is a graduate of the Hays County Citizens Sheriff's Academy, the Hispanic Austin Leadership program, and Leadership Austin.  She is a member of the Sales and Marketing Council for the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin and completed their Essential Building Skills series in the spring, 2019.  Irma is also the Education Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) which advocates for the advancement of sustainable Hispanic homeownership.

A key part of Irma's business is giving back to the community by donating 10% of all commissions to local charities, supporting the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC), and by volunteering her time to local causes and non profits.  She is also a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.

5.  Who is the developer of the Anthem at Ledge Stone?

Bonner Carrington, a locally owned, Austin based developer specializing in high quality multi-family communities is the developer of Anthem. Bonner Carrington has developed, manages and owns 19 communities in Texas, totaling over 3,400 units.  Bonner Carrington Construction is the General Contractor and Bonner Carrington Property Management will lease, manage and maintain Anthem.

 

6.  Describe the community.

Anthem at Ledge Stone, coming soon to the Dripping Springs area, is a brand new apartment home community capturing a Texas Hill Country style that includes Spanish Colonial influences. Construction and design will be of condominium quality and incorporate stucco and native stone masonry, while roofing will consist of Spanish tile and composite shingle.

Residents here will experience a luxury lifestyle like no other in the area and be able to choose from one, two and, three-bedroom designs. The residential buildings will meander through the site; eight (8) of the buildings will house between 24-28 apartment home units and two (2) of the buildings will house between 42-49 units. The two greater buildings will include three (3) convenient elevators.

Barring weather or other unexpected delays, construction is expected to be complete by January 2020.  Initial construction will include our first two residential buildings.  Monthly thereafter, additional buildings will be phased in until the community is completed.  Occupancy of the initial phase is planned to start in October 2019.
